Director Cindy Reid of the Ithaca Ballet speaks with WSKG’s Bill Snyder about the upcoming performances of Adolphe Adam’s full-length ballet Giselle. It’s the story of a girl who dies of a broken heart when she is jilted by her lover. Her death causes him to beg for forgiveness from her spirit.¬†When her lover is targeted by the supernatural Willis for death, she manages to save him.
