Broome
Community College professor Richard
Armondo Dellasanta
Barons called him "Binghamton's
VanGogh." Armondo Dellasanta is over 90 now, and still
painting. For years, people have been fascinated with his
takes on life in Binghamton (among other places). WSKG's Jen
Matoney
was granted an interview with this quiet gentleman, who
won a lifetime achievement award at the
2007 Broome County Arts Council's "Heart
of the Arts Awards."
Originally aired in January of 2008, our profile
of Armondo Dellasanta will be rebroadcast this week on
Expressions... Thursday,
January 8. 2009 at 8pm, and also Sunday,
1/11 at 6pm on WSKG TV and WSKG HD.
