Get your family cooking with After School Fuel!  Students from across the Southern Tier were asked to share creative,  tasty,  nutritious, on-the-go snacks using their imagination and kitchen skills.  Check out the easy, nutritious snacks.

Thank you to Lourdes Hospital for judging! Judging was based on:

  • Creativity
  • Use/Knowledge of Kitchen Tools
  • Low Sugar Content
  • Lots of Vitamins and Minerals
  • Ingredients – Main Ingredient Should be Fruits, Veggies, or Whole Grains
  • Quick to Fix and/or Portable Snack
  • Taste Great
