Bob the Builder

WSKG tv Saturdays at 7:00am on WSKG Create

From the top of his yellow hard haBobBuilder1t to the toes of his chunky work boots, Bob the Builder is ready to go! No project is too big or too small. Whether it’s fixing a leaky roof or installing an elevator in a skyscraper, Bob
and his team have the knowledge and the know-how to finish the task. The series introduces age-appropriate STEM (science, technology, engineering, and math) concepts and features warm and caring friends any preschooler would want as playmates.

Through the animated stories, sing-along music videos, and short, live-action segments that comprise Bob the Builder, kids will discover that problem solving is about trying one’s best, and if it doesn’t work the first time—try again. Friendship and teamwork are at the center of getting the job done!

VISIT | This December, WSKG is featuring a Bob the Builder activity corner at the Discovery Center of the Southern Tier.  Nestled in the museum’s ‘Widgets’ exhibit you’ll find Bob the Builder character art, activities, take-home materials, and more! We’ll be kicking things off on Saturday, December 3, 2016 at 10:00am in the museum’s theater with screenings of all-new Bob the Builder episodes and activities.

ENGAGE | We want to hear from families and teachers! Join the #WSKGBuddingBuilders campaign via social media. Take a photo or video of your own child building, creating, making! Upload a drawing or finished project! Share your budding builder and their STEM work with WSKG via Facebook, Instagram, Twitter. We want to highlight kids and classrooms who think, build, and play! Be sure to use the hashtag #WSKGBuddingBuilders.

WATCH | The all-new season of Bob the Builder starts on WSKG Create on 12/3/16. WSKG Create airs the series every Saturday at 7:00am.
