Thomas is in fourth grade.
Ingredients:
1 serving or
cup of Organic Yogurt
- 1/2 cup of V8 Splash
- 1/2 cup of Orange Juice
- 1 Bunch of Grapes
- 1 Apple
- 1/4 cup of Protein Powder
- 2 Carrots
- A Few Sprigs of Broccoli
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients in a blender at once.
2. Blend for about 40 seconds or until smooth.
3. Then serve cold.
4. Drink and enjoy.
