Good Stuff Shake

Thomas is in fourth grade.

Ingredients:

  • Thomas1 serving or cup of Organic Yogurt
  • 1/2 cup of V8 Splash
  • 1/2 cup of Orange Juice
  • 1 Bunch of Grapes
  • 1 Apple
  • 1/4 cup of Protein Powder
  • 2 Carrots
  • A Few Sprigs of Broccoli

Directions:

1. Put all ingredients in a blender at once.
2. Blend for about 40 seconds or until smooth.
3. Then serve cold.
4. Drink and enjoy.
