Dr. Williams has worked as a school administrator, literacy specialist, classroom teacher, and currently, as a professor at Saint Leo University. She is co-founder and lead program developer for Calliope Global and #TeachSDGs. Williams serves on the Board of Directors for the International Literacy Association.
