Celebrate the Holidays with WSKG Staff Recipes

Last week WSKG Staff celebrated at our annual Holiday party. Each staff member brings a dish to pass.

Director of Education & Engagement, Jackie Stapleton-Durham shares her Crap Dip recipe and TV Program & Traffic Manager, Stacey Mosteller shares her Sweet and Spicy Meatball recipe.

Crab Dip Recipe

Crab Dip

1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 cup Mayonnaise
2 – 8 oz. Cream Cheese
1 lb. Chopped Crab Meat
Beat the first three ingredients together then fold in the crab meat. Spread in a buttered dish and bake in a 350-degree oven until hot and bubbly (approximately 20 minutes).

Sweet and Spicy Meatballs

30 oz. Jar of Grape Jelly
2 – 12 oz. Jars of Chili Sauce
32 oz. Frozen Meatballs
Spray or line your crockpot. Whisk together jelly and chili sauce in the crockpot. Add frozen meatballs. Cook on low 4-6 hours.
