The Cherry Artspace Presents a Play That is Both a Thriller and a Comedy

More

The Cherry Artspace in Ithaca presents a new translation of French playwright Frederic Sonntag’s ‘George Kaplan’. Artistic Director Samuel Buggeln joins us to talk about the play without giving away too many of the surprises.  In Alfred Hitchcock’s ‘North by Northwest’ Cary Grant’s character is mistaken for George Kaplan, a spy who really doesn’t exist, but he reappears (or doesn’t) in this “anarchic comedy.”
