Gov. Kathy Hochul said New Yorkers should prepare for a “January surge” in COVID-19 cases.
The Watertown base transformed from a peacetime installation of the 1990’s post-Cold War era, to a deployment hub on a war footing.
New York’s small towns are currently receiving $104 per resident from the Rescue Plan, compared to over $1300 in states with a large unincorporated population.
