AUBURN CHAMBER ORCHESTRA CONCERT

“Pops Concert: Let’s Go To The Movies!” by the Auburn Chamber Orchestra (ACO) will be presented on Sunday, April 6th at The REV/Merry-Go-Round Playhouse, 6877 East Lake Road, Auburn, NY, 13021.

This concert, conducted by Dr. Victor Vallo, Jr., will feature soundtrack music from famous movies, including “Star Wars”, “Jurassic Park”, “James Bond 007”, “Pirates of the Caribbean”, “Batman”, “Dances With Wolves”, “Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves”, “Band of Brothers” and “Somewhere in Time”.
Auburn Chamber Orchestra is in its 38th concert season. The orchestra musicians come from a wide range of age groups, communities and professions.

This concert is ACO’s tribute to sound-on-film being created in Auburn. Haley Boothe, Curator at Cayuga Museum, will be guest announcer. Cayuga Museum is raising funds for a Ted Case/Sound-on-film mural in downtown Auburn.
