Monday’s start times for NPR and PBS are 1:00 p.m.

The U.S. Senate will debate and vote on the two articles of impeachment.  President Trump’s defense team returns to the Senate floor this week.

NPR News plans to offer gavel to gavel, Special Coverage of the Senate Impeachment Trial. We anticipate trial proceedings to be active during the afternoon and into the evening.

NPR’s coverage Monday will be hosted by David Greene,  Ailsa Chang and NPR Politics Team members Mara Liasson and Kelsey Snell.

At 4:00 p.m., WSKG radio will break away from trial coverage for its regularly scheduled broadcasts of All Things Considered.  These will provide listeners a summary of the day’s proceedings, and coverage of the day’s other news stories. At 6:00 p.m., WSKG will return to impeachment trial coverage.

PBS coverage is anchored by managing editor and anchor Judy Woodruff.  The PBS NewsHour nightly broadcast, aired on WSKG Radio, WSKG Television and via the WSKG Alexa Skill, will include highlights from each day’s hearing and further analysis and reporting.

WSKG WORLD Television will also replay each day’s coverage following the conclusion of live coverage.  The replays of the day’s proceedings will continue through the duration of President Trump’s trial.
