Diamond in the Rough Hike-a-thon

April 28 @ 10:00 am - 3:00 pm

Come join us for the first annual Diamond in the Rough Hike-A-Thon. Hike the Black Diamond Trail to help raise money for science education in our community.

All proceeds and donations from the hike will be used to promote science education in our community through the programs the Paleontological Research Institution provides in environmental and Earth science–both at the Cayuga Nature Center and at Museum of the Earth.

The Hike-A-Thon takes place on the beautiful Black Diamond Trail, April 28th, 2018. There are three distances to choose from–5.4 miles, 2.1 miles, and a choose your distance option. The hikes are appropriate for all ages and all hiking abilities. Hikers will end up at the Cayuga Nature Center, and will enjoy free admission, refreshments, a live animal program, live music with Rick Manning and friends, and more.

Register now and start building your sponsor list. The more money you help raise, the greater chance you have to win some wonderful prizes. Prizes will be awarded to both individual hikers and teams.
