Native Plants, Identifying, Importance and Propagation for Home Gardener

5:30 to 6:30 guided native plant walk in lower section of Fillmore Glen State Park. 7 pm , presentation on importance, identification and propagation for the home gardener. Presenters, Michael Hannen, a native plant grower and garden planner and Ellen Fouts, owner of Amanda’s garden which specializes in native perennials. Free and open to the public. No park vehicle fee for this event. Native plants from both growers will be on sale during the entire event; a portion of the proceeds to benefit Friends of Fillmore Glen state park gardening budget.
