Maestro Jose-Luis Novo Bids Farewell to Binghamton with Beethoven and Brahms

Maestro Jose-Luis Novo has led the Binghamton Philharmonic Orchestra since 2003.  His last concert is coming up on Saturday, April 16 in the Forum in Binghamton. The orchestra is joined by the Binghamton University Chorus, prepared by Bruce Borton.  The program includes 'The Song of the Fates' by Johannes Brahms and 'Calm Sea and Prosperous Voyage' by Ludwig van Beethoven.  Beethoven's Symphony No.9 in d minor comprises the second half.https://wskg.org/audio/novo041616.mp3 Photo credit: Binghamton Philharmonic
