VESTAL, NY (WSKG) -- The Elmira Enforcers look to stay alive in the Federal Hockey League championship series tonight.
Elmira trails Carolina two games to none in the best-of-five series. It lost both games to start the series last weekend.
The team lost 4-3 in OT in game two. Heated exchanges after led to suspensions for the Enforcers. According to the league’s website, Head Coach Brent Clarke and two players are out indefinitely, pending a league review.
Tonight’s game is in Elmira. If the Enforcers win they’d play another Saturday, also in Elmira.
If Elmira comes all the way back to force a decisive game five, that would be Tuesday at Carolina.
