VESTAL, NY (WSKG) — As former Special Counsel Robert Mueller testified before Congress Wednesday, Republican Representative Tom Reed (NY-23) was on a conference call with reporters. Reed said Mueller’s testimony seemed to reiterate what Reed referred to as a thorough and extensive report.
"The assessment that this hearing is going to lead to some unknown piece of evidence that’s going to have a Matlock/Perry Mason type of moment is just not going to happen," Reed explained.
He called the testimony “political theater.”
