Brian Frey's newest documentary, Main Street Rising, chronicles the history, successes, and struggles of several Southern Tier communities, including Corning, Elmira, Watkins Glen, and Owego, and how they are now approaching the revitalization of their downtowns. The program will debut on WSKG TV Monday, June 3, 8:00pm.
