LOS ANGELES, CA – AUGUST 31, 2020: Armando Espinoza, an essential worker at Overhill Farms in Vernon, places a white rose on the ground at a memorial located in front of the Kenneth Hahn Hall of Administration in downtown Los Angeles to honor the more than 5700 Angelinos who lost their lives due to the coronavirus.
