NY-23 special election: Della Pia and Sempolinski face off to fill vacancy

Steuben County Republican Committee Chairman Joe Sempolinski and Tioga County Democratic Committee Chairman Max Della Pia are running to fill out the vacant seat representing New York's 23rd Congressional District.
