VESTAL, NY (WSKG) — Otsego County's Board of Elections has released dates for early voting. A law passed this year allows early voting in New York during the 10 days before the election.
Voters in Otsego county can cast their ballots at the Meadows Office Complex in Cooperstown. The polling place will be open during the following dates and times:
Saturday, October 26th: 1pm-6pm Sunday, October 27th: 9am-2pm Monday, October 28th: 7am-3pm Tuesday, October 29th: 12pm-8pm Wednesday, October 30th: 12pm-8pm Thursday, October 31st: 7am-3pm Friday, November 1st: 7am-3pm Saturday, November 2nd: 1pm-6pm Sunday, November 3rd: 9am-2pm
It will be closed the day before Election Day, November 5th.
Eligible voters can still apply for an absentee ballot. Voters, including people who are permanently disabled, ill or the primary care giver for someone who is ill or disabled.
