Are you looking for help with food and nutrition? Consider nutrition counseling to support you. Nutrition counseling can help when you aren’t sure whether you are eating a good diet or when you have food-related health conditions.
Stephanie Bostic, PhD RD sees clients for many reasons, including:
- metabolic concerns like pre-diabetes or high cholesterol
- GI conditions such as IBD, celiac, EoE, or intestinal dysbiosis
- immune-mediated conditions such as inflammatory arthritis, rosacea, cystitis, or allergic asthma
- unwanted weight changes.
Medical nutrition therapy is care focused on evidence-based data combined with your history and needs: to make a plan to help you achieve your goals. Then, we work together to see how to implement the plan so that it works for you, changing it as needed.
