Great news, ReUsers! We have launched a new online shopping experience at shop.ithacareuse.org. Local reused materials can be purchased here with no-contact local pickup and delivery options. A wide variety of materials are available, including building materials, hardware, furniture, clothing, textiles, media, household items, and electronics, with new items posted frequently.
Our new location ReUse Community Hardware (2255 N. Tripahmmer Road located in the former Ace Hardware) and Ithaca ReUse Center (214 Elmira Road) are open for by-appointment shopping only.We now have Safety Plans available at our active locations, meeting the latest NYS guidance for retail safety measures. We ask that shoppers do not come to our ReUse Centers if experiencing any cold or flu-like symptoms, or have recently had a fever. We are requiring face masks and distancing at all times. Thank you for staying safe with us!
Special Offers during Social Isolation:We now have a convenient page on our website where you can make appointments to shop: ithacareuse.org/shop. Triphammer ReUse Center to open next!We are still offering pickups of items that can be available on a covered front porch, inside a garage with the door open or on the driveway under a tarp when we arrive, now for a $40 fee. Fill out our pickup request form at https://ithacareuse.org/pickup/. We are not allowing our workers to enter homes or be in proximity of donors and appreciate your cooperation with this.
