I.D. Booth is proactively implementing a few new protocols to ensure the needs of our customers are met as well as provide for the safety and health of our staff.

New temporary store hours:

Elmira Plumbing and Heating branch (620 William St., Elmira): Saturday hours are suspended until further notice

We have increased cleaning and sanitizing throughout all of our stores and offices to help prevent the spread of the virus.

If you have the ability, please call in your orders or email them to your account representative to limit the contact time with staff. Give us a time when you need your order ready for pickup and we will bring it out to you, or we can call you when your order is ready for pickup.

To limit the number of people in the branches at any given time we are politely asking that customers refrain from loitering in the store. The coffee service will be suspended until further notice.

If store entry is required please try to keep a 6’ distance from staff and other customers.
