Tobi Kirschmann is a veteran DNA analyst who spent a decade working for the California
DNA Databank before moving to Saratoga Springs, NY, in 2017. After serving with the NYSP Forensic Investigation Center, she founded DNA Investigations, a company dedicated to bringing genetic genealogy expertise to law enforcement agencies and the community. So impressed by the leads it generated in the Golden State Killer case, Tobi has made it her life’s work to educate the public and law enforcement about its many capabilities.
