Summer Camp at the Everhart – Nature Curiosities Week

Grades K-6th
Nature’s Curiosities brings the Museum’s natural history collection to life! Campers will learn about nature’s oddities through hands-on exploration of bugs, insects, flying creatures and more. Through lessons combining Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Math, campers will have a better understanding of the odd and curious natural world by making active connections between the Everhart Museum’s natural history & fine art collections. The week will end with a science fair for parents and families. Registration will open on January 6.

FOOD WEEK Junior Chef: Food Art

Grades K-6th
Back with a new TWIST, the Everhart Junior Chef week will explore artistic food creations inspired by the Museum’s amazing collection of natural history and art! Campers will make aesthetic connections between food and art or art objects belonging to the Museum. Campers can expect to create uniquely designed edible art during the week and will learn about flavor profiles and food plating, and will showcase their creations at the end of the week. *Please note: the Everhart Museum does not guarantee an allergen-free environment. Recipes may contain nuts, nut oils, shellfish, gluten, dairy, produce and other food allergens.
