Binghamton's Porchfest Continues to Grow

This year’s Binghamton Porchfest has expanded to one hundred and ten musical groups on forty porches around Binghamton’s West Side on Sunday, August 27 from noon to seven.  Organizer Chris Bodnarczuk takes time out from his preparations to talk about the Porchfest phenomenon that started in Ithaca and has spread across the nation.

The Binghamton Community Orchestra Welcomes the Susquehanna String Band

The Binghamton Community Orchestra continues its season of musical globe-trotting with an exploration of the British Isles in ‘A Celtic Celebration.’ They are joined by the Susquehanna String Band for an evening of music from England, Scotland, Ireland, and Wales.  Conductor Dr. Timothy Perry talks about the program and the history of the Community Orchestra
