Maestro Jose-Luis Novo has led the Binghamton Philharmonic Orchestra since 2003. His last concert is coming up on Saturday, April 16 in the Forum in Binghamton. The orchestra is joined by the Binghamton University Chorus, prepared by Bruce Borton. The program includes ‘The Song of the Fates’ by Johannes Brahms and ‘Calm Sea and Prosperous Voyage’ by Ludwig van Beethoven. The Binghamton Philharmonic Orchestra is presenting an all-Baroque concert on Sunday, January 24 at 3pm in the Forum in downtown Binghamton. Fantastique Halloween is a special concert by the Binghamton Philharmonic on Halloween featuring spooky music by Berlioz, Caplet, SibWagner, Saint-Saens, as well as a suite from the film score from Alfred Hitchcock’s Psycho, by Bernard Herrmann.
