"It's definitely a perfect storm with the increased need, stores starting to close, and the donations potentially being fewer, which is why we’re really extending this campaign."

"It's not like it used to be. People are shopping online more and more and having it delivered."

This year, the agency is trying to keep the campaign relevant by adding some new technology options for giving.
