Dr. Roberts will discuss the science behind the endocannabinoid system (ECS) and how its potential can be harnessed to treat common medical issues facing women today while also exploring the risks and rewards behind this brave new frontier of plant medicine. Jan Roberts, DWS, LCSW, is a clinician and entrepreneur based in New York City. Dr. Roberts is the founder of The Cannabinoid Institute (TCI) and teaches at NYU Silver School of Social Work where she also serves as the Faculty Advisor for NYU’s CannaHealth Student Group.
