Kathleen Kane was involved in an accident Saturday evening in her hometown of Scranton.

Will Barclay, who represents parts of Onondaga, Oswego and Jefferson counties, replaces Brian Kolb, who resigned after being charged with drunk driving on New Year’s Eve.

Deputies say Kolb was taken into custody for driving while intoxicated. There were no injuries, and Sheriff Kevin Henderson said there was minor damage to the vehicle.
