A vacant building in Cortland is set to house the mental health department serving the county and central New York.

“I’m hoping we can manage through that and not have a tremendous number of people in any one department who are missing.”

Governor Cuomo said the big problem across New York now is that hospitals can’t seem to vaccinate its own workers.

Cuomo says the underperforming hospitals will face sanctions, including a fine of up to $100,000 if they don’t use up all of the vaccine they have in store by the end of the week.

The iconic vessel was intended to provide overflow capacity to the New York metropolitan area but ultimately wasn't needed as badly as first feared.
