Governor Kathy Hochul defended her record against her two primary opponents in a debate Tuesday night, where topics ranged from abortion rights to cryptocurrency mining.

The New York State Legislature is poised to vote as early as Monday on a bill that would remove disgraced former Lt. Gov. Brian Benjamin from the primary election ballot.

Williams said he’s not against cryptocurrency mining altogether, but wants companies to reevaluate their mining process so it doesn’t use as much electricity.
