There’s a feeling of resignation around Schuyler County after Watkins Glen International said it would not host Woodstock 50.

A judge has ruled that Woodstock 50 isn’t technically cancelled, but organizers must go forward without disputed funding.

Festival organizers are suing their former financial partner Dentsu Aegis. They say the company is sabotaging the concert that was supposed to be in Watkins Glen this August.

Local leaders are reacting after this week’s announcement that effectively cancelled Woodstock 50.

Tickets were set to go on sale Monday. Last week, Billboard reported that wouldn’t happen.
