U.S. Senator Kirsten Gillibrand of New York supports President Joe Biden’s move to pardon all people with federal marijuana possession charges, but says it’s only a first step.

Parents of biracial students at Bainbridge-Guilford High School said their children regularly experience racist bullying and the video was not a one-off incident.

“They know the people in the church, and when you pick a location like that, it helps put more people at ease.”
