Republican Tompkins County Legislator Mike Sigler announced his campaign for state Senate Wednesday. Sigler gathered with fellow Republicans in Endicott to kick off his campaign for the 52nd Senate District seat. He will face incumbent Democratic state Sen. Lea Webb.
