“Just as the liberty bell is an enduring symbol of the American struggle for freedom, the justice bell is the struggle for women’s equality."

The faces of 14 women, including well known suffragists like Susan B. Anthony and Elizabeth Cady Stanton, and lesser known figures such as Mabel Ping-Hua Lee and Ida B. Wells, will be projected in pairs.

"We also want to really look at this holistically and inclusively, and look for other people that may not have always been traditionally incorporated in this movement."
