A winter storm is moving across the region today and tomorrow, with freezing rain, sleet and heavy snow predicted for much of central New York and Northeastern Pennsylvania.
The National Weather Service in Binghamton issues a winter storm warning, in effect until Monday evening. Widespread freezing rain is expected during the first round of the storm Sunday morning through the evening.
